RULE BOOK respect your fellow members. i expect no spamming, no spamming, no harassing, no flaming, no trolling, no anything of that sort. if i find out about any of the above happening, that i will set my goblin army upon you. we all have opinions, but you don't need to beat people with them. no mary sues in applications those will be frowned upon, along with coping and pasting history's. it is easy to re-write a few paragraphs in your own words or do a summary.also, there will be no creation of the "innocence heart" due to that it is believed that either allen or lenalee contain the heart. when you register, you can use whatever username you like, but change it to your character's name when you apply.FIRST NAME LAST NAME. you must create a new account for every character...and there is a character limit of four characters per person....for now! four! you must have a actual anime or manga face claim none of those, i drew this or this picture it must be a character from an actual series or movie. icons must be 100x100 and signatures 500x250 no bigger or smaller. if you need helpwith sizing an image pm a staff member we will be glad to assist you.  we have a minimum word count of 150 words, which isn't that hard to get to. if we see anyone consistently falling below that word count, you shall be warned. we do not tolerate god-modding or meta-gaming of any kind...ever. also fell free to keep it pg13, 'cause we might have young eyes and ears. But , feel free to use an pm for anything higher than pg13. we do not have any rules on abilities but if you abuse this then, there will be no choice but to add rules in. to improve your abilities, gain new ones, or weapons you must use the missions and rewards to do so.it is not hard guys trust me. to kill of a character you must let and staff member know and label in the thread must have DEATH in the tag. this way we know. also,there will be no killing character's with out the player's permission. got that? good. now there are mission templates that you can use to gain weapons and abilities along with an upgrade one. be warned i will not allow cheating if you are caught it is one strike. and, finally, i would like to remind you all that around here,LENA's word is law. argue with teh great LENA and you shall perish.arguing with LENA, or any staff member, will result in a warning and,depending on the severity, being banned. it's three strikes and you're out around here. more rules can be added as the site goes, please check here often for updates.
